New pinsa and pizza line installed in Italy
With great satisfaction and enthusiasm, these days we have finished the assembly and testing of a “Gaudí Plus” laminating line specifically designed and built together with our client, Pizza Genuina, for the production of pinsa and pizza.
The equipment allows us to work with doughs with 80-85% hydration and to create several products in a fully automatic way, especially oval and round ones.
The result? After direct baking, the products are truly exceptional, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, very light and highly digestible.
