Beor can provide dough sheeting lines for the desired product. These are production lines of different widths which are completely modular and built specifically to manufacture your product. They are divided into two groups:

Pizza

Rolled Pizza & Bread dough Line.

Each bread dough rolling line is designed specifically for the manufacture of the desired product in accordance with the degree of automation required by the client.

For Filled turnover pastries, Argentinian-style turnover pastries, Pizza, Focaccia, Pinsa, etc.

Guillotine cutting system. Easy access to change the blade.

Placing System

Retractable system for dough placement on trays. Equipped with a moving head.

Lifter + Archimedes Measurement System

Lifter made entirely of stainless steel. Archimedes measurement system for reading the volume of the dough before dumping.

Puff Pastry

Puff Pastry Line.

The equipment is configured together with the client to achieve process automation that is as similar as possible to the current production system, number of folds, dough/butter ratio, continuous sheet, etc., in addition to featuring automatic production lines with measuring devices and accessories to manufacture the desired final product:

Palmiers, Sweet-filled puff pastries, Apple pie puff pastries, Chocolate-filled croissant puff pastry, Bow-shaped puff pastry, Savoury-filled puff pastry, Traditional croissants, Double-layer products, etc.
