Coeliac disease (CD) is a permanent intolerance to gluten, a protein present in some cereals (wheat, oats, barley, rye, kamut, spelt and triticale) and therefore to foods containing it.

It is becoming more and more common all over the world and we want to give visibility to this problem and do our bit.
