Laminated product line

Each laminating line is custom-designed to meet the specific needs of every client, taking into account dough hydration and the final product thickness.

It can produce a wide variety of specialties such as pizzas, focaccias, empanadas, Argentine empanadas, pinsas, among others.

Chunker

Receives bulk dough and forms continuous dough bands with minimal stress.

Flour dusters

Fully removable to facilitate cleaning

Cross sheeter

Expands the dough sheet laterally until reaching the target width.

Multiroller nº 1

Gradually reduces dough thickness through a series of rollers. Ensures precise, smooth sheeting without damaging the dough structure.

Multiroller nº 2

Performs a finer reduction of dough thickness, achieving a greater degree of lamination while maintaining its integrity. Ideal for refining the structure after the initial sheeting.

Calibration rollers

Applies a final compression to evenly integrate the fat and dough layers.

Upper Flour Cleaning Brush
Cutting station

Trims the dough edges and, if desired, marks the portions. Leaves the dough ready and well aligned before the final cut with the guillotine.

Separator belts

Separates dough lanes to relieve stress and guarantee a consistent, uniform flow.

Servomotor guillotine

Carries out precise, high-speed cutting of individual pieces, capable of handling multiple shapes while ensuring minimal dough deformation.

Scrap remover belt

Double conveyor belt system designed for efficient vertical extraction of dough waste between pieces.

Designed to achieve superior sheeting through 100 mm diameter calibrating rollers, ensuring greater precision and a refined dough thickness finish.

Finger-Marking Roller

This roller can be used to simulate the manual marking of dough with the fingers.

Pizza-type Guillotine Mold

Guillotine mold that replaces flat and/or angled guillotine blades. Fully interchangeable.
