New ‘Viena’ installed in Savini, Italia

We are pleased to return to Savini in Florence, Italy, to install and commission their new Viena to complement their Gaudí and Galileo bread lines and Madrid scorer already installed in their factory. Proud to meet the needs of our customers.

Viena is an automatic water scoring system that cuts fermented doughs, including GLUTEN-FREE doughs, by waterjet. It can perform a wide variety of scoring types adapting to all types of products and memorize them by means of very simple and intuitive recipes.

  • Able to score a rack of 16 trays in less than 2 minutes and a half.
  • Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Equipped with WifiEthernet and Technology 4.0. connectivity.
