New ‘Gaudí’ line installed in Chelny Hleb, Russia
We continue to install hydrated mass lines with all the anti-Covid security measures, this time in Russia.
Chelny Hleb launching its new Gaudí, an industrial sheeting line suitable to produce breads with hydrations from 50% to 100%, always depending on the type of flour. It is also prepared to work with GLUTEN FREE dough.
It has tremendous versatility of sizes and weights of pieces. So, “Gaudí” can produce tipped bread, round, hexagonal and more.
