New ‘Gaudí’ line installed in Sinblat

Another completed installation, another satisfied customer, this time in Valencia.

Sinblat launching its new Gaudí prepared to work with GLUTEN FREE dough. It is an industrial sheeting line suitable to produce breads with dough hydrations from 50% to 100%, always depending on the type of flour.

‘Gaudí’ has tremendous versatility of sizes and weights of pieces. So, it can easily make for example tipped bread, round, hexagonal and more.
