We are thrilled to announce an exciting update: the expansion of our innovative baking technology with the installation of a new Gaudà Multiproduct Line and a CompactLeo Waterjet Scoring System in Bangalore, India 🎉
This project was carried out in collaboration with our valued partner, Steelcraft. We are proud to enter the Indian market for the first time with this cutting-edge baking technology. This marks a significant step forward in our global growth, and we are excited to see how our solutions will contribute to the dynamic and evolving Indian bakery sector.
Their new equipment is:
- Multiproduct Sheeting Line ‘GaudÃ’: an industrial dough sheeting line designed to produce ciabatta bread and other breads, ideal for large volumes with efficiency and precision.
- Semi-Automatic Water Scoring `Compact Leo’: a water scorer for sourdoughs and even gluten-free breads. It is able to provide a wide variety of scoring styles.
