Viena is an autonomous water scoring system for fermented doughs. It is able to score a rack of 16 trays in less than 2 minutes and a half.
You can make as many types and number of cuts as you need and also score perfectly Gluten Free products.
It’s made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with Wifi, Ethernet and Technology 4.0. connectivity.
