International Coeliac Day – 16 May 2022

Coeliac disease (CD) is a permanent intolerance to gluten, a protein present in some cereals (wheat, oats, barley, rye, kamut, spelt and triticale) and therefore to foods containing it.

Celiac disease is becoming increasingly common all over the world and we want to give visibility to this problem and do our bit.

At Beor, all our machines can be adapted to work GLUTEN FREE and thus, our bakery customers, can offer these products in a more accessible way for people with coeliac disease.
