New ‘Gaudí’ installed in France

Happy to install and start up another «Gaudí» Multiproduct High-Hydration Dough Line, this time at Neuhauser, a french major player in the Baked Goods sector in France.

The line was designed and built together with the customer to obtain the greatest possible flexibility and versatility in everyday production. One of its main characteristics is its ability to work with very soft doughs of up to 95% hydration, depending on the flour.
