Scorer for Automated Lines.
Bosnia is a water-based scorer for sourdoughs and even gluten-free doughs that can be adapted to all types of automated and conveyor production lines.
It can be built with a collaborative robot or with a system featuring three servomotors.
Thanks to its smart reading system, the machine knows the position of each of the pieces on the tray so that the scoring is done in the proper position without the need to stop. Configurations can be remembered in a simple and intuitive way.
